Aurvie Glow is an at-home IPL hair removal handset for anyone tired of the shave, regrow, repeat cycle. The ice-cooling window chills the skin it touches, so each flash feels less hot. A skin-contact sensor means it only fires when the window is flat against your skin, and the protective glasses in the box look after your eyes. Five modes let you begin gently and move up as your skin settles.

Auto flash fires as you glide, so larger areas such as legs and arms are covered in steady sweeps rather than flash by flash. Smaller areas, such as the upper lip, underarms and bikini line, are best taken slowly, one flash at a time. It is mains powered through the included adapter, so there is no battery to charge and no fading power halfway down a leg. Shave, plug in, and work through each area at your own pace.

This is hair reduction rather than removal in one go. With regular use, regrowth slows and comes back finer, and results build gradually over weeks, with occasional top-ups after that. It works best on light to medium skin tones with dark hair. It is not suitable for very dark skin tones, and it is less effective on white, grey, red or very light blonde hair.
